Fresh Food Access Reports

Connecting Atlanta residents with to fresh food is about equity and access.

The Bottoms’ Administration has set an ambitious goal to ensure that at least 85% of Atlanta residents are within a half-mile of fresh affordable food by 2022. In 2015, just 52% of City residents were within a half-mile of fresh food. In 2020, this increased to 75% of residents, a substantial increase in fresh food access across the city.

The Fresh Food Access Report is released annually, and you can open both the 2019 and 2020 versions in a new browser tab from the buttons below. Or, for a printer-friendly version of the 2020 Fresh Food Access Report, click here.
